BRAND ACTIVATION:
Overview
For the launch of our Festival collection, we organized an exclusive influencer trip to Palm Springs for the first weekend of Coachella. Hosted at a luxurious desert house, the trip included artist passes and a curated selection of activities, offering influencers a unique experience to showcase the collection in a high-energy festival setting.
Execution
As Brand Director, I led the planning and execution of the trip, collaborating closely with our Influencer Manager. My responsibilities included:
Coordinating Travel & Logistics – Arranging travel and accommodations for guests and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
Branding & Merchandise – Ordering and ensuring all branded materials and merchandise were in place for influencers and event activations.
Sponsorship Contracts – Managing and finalizing contracts with relevant partners and sponsors for the trip.
Budget Oversight – Overseeing the trip’s budget, ensuring all expenses were accounted for and aligned with the brand’s goals.
Outcome
The influencer trip successfully captured the spirit of the Festival collection, with significant social media engagement:
