BRAND ACTIVATION:
Overview
To celebrate the launch of WeWoreWhat’s Pre-Spring Active collection, we hosted an exclusive event at the renowned DOGPOUND gym, combining fitness with fashion in a fully co-branded gym environment. The event featured a circuit workout class for 25 invited influencers, complete with a coffee cart offering post-workout refreshments.
Execution
As Brand Director, I managed the planning and execution of the event from start to finish. My responsibilities included:
Coordination with DOGPOUND – Ensuring seamless integration of branding and event details with our gym partner.
Vendor Management – Overseeing third-party vendors for merchandise and the coffee cart, ensuring all aspects aligned with the event’s theme.
On-Site Supervision – Managing the setup, execution, and breakdown on the day of the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The influencer event garnered impressive social media traction:
