WEWOREWHAT x Pop-up SHop
BRAND ACTIVATION:
Overview
In collaboration with Cotton, WeWoreWhat launched its inaugural in-person shopping experience through a three-month pop-up shop. This project offered customers the opportunity to engage with the brand in a tactile, immersive environment, featuring multiple product launches and brand activations throughout the duration.
Execution
As the primary liaison between the brand and our retail logistics partner, I managed the entire activation, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. My responsibilities included:
Coordinating Product Launch Timelines – Overseeing the introduction of eight in-store product launches, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
Merchandising New Inventory – Managing the presentation of new products to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal themes.
Directing Store Display Installations – Working with designers and vendors to ensure displays were on-brand and engaging.
Partnership Management – Facilitating collaborations with coffee, jewelry, and beauty vendors, integrating their products into the store experience for added engagement.
Outcome
The pop-up shop successfully introduced WeWoreWhat’s brand ethos and product offerings in an engaging, physical space. It generated excitement around the brand, drove foot traffic, and fostered deeper connections with customers.
